During my Xmas stay, the room was clean, which gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation. the hotel is located in a prime location with convenience to various areas around the town.

One of the staff members asked for my personal details, which made me feel uncomfortable, and called me and my husband multiple times asking for additional information. This was unprofessional and unnecessary, and left a negative lasting impression.

The hotel had a great location and was conveniently close to many attractions. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. the breakfast was decent and offered a good variety of options.

There were some issues with the staff's behavior towards guests.
